Returns
Eligibility: All sales, including international orders, can be returned within 14 days of receiving the product if you are unhappy with your purchase. Return Shipping: Returns must be shipped at the buyer’s expense. 
Condition for Return: We cannot accept returns after the 14-day window. Items that have been altered or damaged will not be eligible for return.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, you may return it at your expense. 
Any missing or damaged parts will be shipped to you free of charge for replacement.
Responsibility
Quantum Trainers Ltd is not liable for misuse of the product or for exceeding the product specifications.

Ordering and Cancellations
For pre-orders or reserved items, a 50% charge will be deducted from the deposit amount if you cancel your order, for admin and other fees ensured.
Balance payments must be confirmed within 3 days of the payment request. If we do not receive a response, the deposit will not be refunded.

Product Warranty
Products come with a 2-year warranty on moving parts and a 10-year warranty on the frame, applicable under normal use and within the product specifications.
